We are Armada, a start-up company, headquartered in Manila, Philippines, empowering local e-commerce entrepreneurs across SEA to grow their business 10-100x and to build the brand of their dreams. We invest into their brands, thereby buy a part of their business, then continue as partners, where we provide growth capital, operations, and tech to the entrepreneurs. We are building an engine to run online-first, D2C brands at their best.

 

We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Manager to join us in building the company and to handle online store operations for our key accounts.

Role

  • Manage online sales channels including storefront management, product creation, pricing, and inventory management

  • Ensure compliance and meeting defined KPIs/SLAs across all platforms including but not limited to: timely processing/fulfillment/shipping of orders, ensuring listing/content compliance, timely live-chat responses, consistently high shop/seller ratings

  • Work closely with marketing and management teams to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and promotions

  • Address all partner and customer concerns and inquiries

Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Information Technology, Management, or Entrepreneurial studies an advantage)

  • At least 3 years’ experience in online store management on Lazada, Shopee, Shopify or other similar platforms

  • At least 1 year experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple aspects of running an online shop

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision

  • Can speak and write English fluently
