We are Armada, a start-up company, headquartered in Manila, Philippines, empowering local e-commerce entrepreneurs across SEA to grow their business 10-100x and to build the brand of their dreams. We invest into their brands, thereby buy a part of their business, then continue as partners, where we provide growth capital, operations, and tech to the entrepreneurs. We are building an engine to run online-first, D2C brands at their best.
We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Manager to join us in building the company and to handle online store operations for our key accounts.
Role

Manage online sales channels including storefront management, product creation, pricing, and inventory management

Ensure compliance and meeting defined KPIs/SLAs across all platforms including but not limited to: timely processing/fulfillment/shipping of orders, ensuring listing/content compliance, timely live-chat responses, consistently high shop/seller ratings

Work closely with marketing and management teams to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and promotions

Address all partner and customer concerns and inquiries
Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Information Technology, Management, or Entrepreneurial studies an advantage)

At least 3 years’ experience in online store management on Lazada, Shopee, Shopify or other similar platforms

At least 1 year experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple aspects of running an online shop

Entrepreneurial spirit

Can work independently with minimal supervision

Can speak and write English fluently
